Agreement: By submitting this form, the undersigned agrees that the Art Festival reserves the right to cancel and/or rescind this agreement at any time without notice for any reason the Festival deems appropriate, including but not limited to, the actions, conduct, represention, or products of the sponsor that is not consistent with the policies and desires of the Festival. Sponsor hereby waives and releases the Festival from any claims it may have as a result of cancellation and/or rescision of the the contract and further agrees to hold the Festival harmless against any claims for same. Payments made after October 20, 2008 must be paid by money order, cashier's check or cash.
