Become a Booth Sponsor
Thank you for your interest in renting booth space at the Lake Mary Heathrow Festival of the Arts. Please review the rules of rental and complete the form below.
 
Rules

  • Prepayment in full is required. Checks should be made payable to the Lake Mary Heathrow Festival of the Arts.
  • Mail check to On Tour Presents, c/o Lake Mary Heathrow Festival of the Arts, 321 N.E. Ivanhoe Blvd., Orlando, FL, 32804.
  • Setup is Friday, October 31. All tents must be up by sunset. No tents may be erected on Saturday. Strike/tear down will take place after the festival ends on Sunday and all material must be removed at that time.
  • All vehicles must park in designated parking areas on Saturday and Sunday during the Festival. Vehicles may brought in for setup and/or tear down only. No vehicle may enter the area until the Festival has ended at 5:oo p.m. on Sunday.
  • No selling or giving away of any food or beverage.
  • No cooking of any kind.
  • No face painting.
  • No selling of any artwork, jewelry or merchandise.
  • No selling or giving away of helium balloons.
  • Microphones, loud speakers, bull horns or music playing is strictly forbidden.

No exceptions will be made unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Lake Mary Heathrow Festival of the Arts.

  Option A:Festival will provide one (1) 10x10 SPACE for a booth for both days of the Festival. Sponsor must bring their own tent.

Cost: $600
  Option B:Festival will provide one (1) 10x10 TENT, two(2) chairs and one(1) skirted table for a booth for both days of the Festival.

Cost: $700
Agreement:

By submitting this form, the undersigned agrees to abide by the published rule and further agrees that the Art Festival reserves the right to cancel and/or rescind this agreement at any time without notice for any reason the Festival deems appropriate, including but not limited to, the actions, conduct, represention, or products of the sponsor that is not consistent with the policies and desires of the Festival. Sponsor hereby waives and releases the Festival from any claims it may have as a result of cancellation and/or rescision of the the contract and further agrees to hold the Festival harmless against any claims for same. Payments made after October 20, 2008 must be paid by money order, cashier's check or cash.
